Punta Cana, Amazing!

Posted in Travel on May 22nd, 2012 by Juliana Arliani - 1 Comment

Earlier this month I went to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. The place is wonderful, the beach is delicious and the color of the sea beyond description ... crystal clear water. The beaches there are amazing even, but that was to be expected, is not it? I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, best hotel I've been to, the service, the service (and everyone always smiling), a room with a hot tub in the middle, as comfort and luxury (and great food too!)! But I was able to leave the hotel and walk around the city and I can say that the reality of the local population is very different from that. I heard a Brazilian saying that resembled the poor of Brazil and 70 agreed, and yet they still smiling!

Before traveling researched some information on the internet and knew that it was possible to make a trip to a park and swimming with dolphins. As I am a great admirer of this aquatic mammal was one of the things I did there. The feeling? Impossible to explain .... freedom, bliss, happiness, all at the same time. It was certainly one of the best experiences of my life!

I traveled with a friend, but here I leave a tip, if you go to Punta Cana, go with your love!! The place is beautiful and very romantic, the whole time I was there I was thinking how it would have been perfect if making the trip with someone special ...

So if you are planning a trip to enjoy some with your cat, Punta Cana is the ideal place!

Kisses and until next month!

A different trip: San Pedro de Atacama

Posted in wonderland on August 27th, 2011 by Juliana Arliani - 2 Comments

Long vacation and did not take no notice was working frantically and had been "swallowed" by the routine. My work problems were always my priority and everything was urgent! In February a friend called me and asked if I would like to take a vacation in July and go to Chile. I said, "No way! I have many things to do and if I go on vacation and will get things in the office? ". After another 15 days, she asked again and said we travel just two weeks and had a place I had never heard of the town of San Pedro de Atacama.

Of course I asked google where that place was and began to see some pictures and little information about the beauties of the place. I thought, that different place, picturesque! The photos were giving me the will to go there and check closely just running into making the trip. In early July I embarked for my vacation.

I had no idea what lay ahead .... when I woke up the first day and went out to walk around the village hardly believe what I was seeing ... a village in the middle of the desert, a few people, all very quiet, no cell signal. I stayed there for 1 week and every sunrise, every ride, a surprise. Each place we visited, village, mountain, lake, places that do not even know how to describe, GORGEOUS!!

Besides the wonderful experience I had, of late afternoon, the landscapes, the best part was realizing how my routine and my life ... are small problems, what problems? When I came out of that madness that was living I realize that there is more life in everything we look, but with the rush and just not realizing small (important) things end up going unnoticed, we fail to give due weight to what we have. I had the opportunity to meet friends from different places, languages and cultures and learn from them, visit unimaginable places, stopping to see the setting of the sun and do all those things, which are DELICIOUS and energizing!!

I want to make my message, which is just:

Honeymoon at Disney Universal Studios

And we come to the last park of our trip to Orlando ... snif, snif, snif ... But even though we will not have fun without a little more, and can "get" in famous movies like Jaws, Terminator, stay near the Simpsons, Shrek among many things that I will mention here.

Universal Studios was opened in June 1990, and the intention of the park was that you could literally enter the biggest hits of the producer. We love everything the park, but for the most demanding it can seem a little stale. Some attractions like Jaws and ET, are away from the beauty and technology eg the newly opened World of Harry Potter has. Massss it does not take away the shine of the park, and some openings are planned for 2012, and some are already there that has not, so ... let's go.

On the day we visited Universal Studios was the opening party of Halloween Horror Nights Halloween party in the park. Do not buy tickets to this party, but she is super trendy (they arm the whole park with islands of terror those already says it is really creepy). The park was being all decorated for the party night and every time we left the press was there to cover the event.

Universal Studios is divided into six thematic areas that surround a huge pond. Started by Production Central. . In this area we find two attractions, the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, and Shrek 4D. The mountain Rip Ride was not working that day ... I was very sad because I really wanted to go on this attraction, it you can choose which soundtrack will want to fly the route. Besides being the tallest roller coaster in Orlando.

Shrek 4D is a 4D movie and fun that shows what happened in the interval between the first and second film. The best is to shop at the exit of the attraction with a lot of plush Shrek and the donkey ear with adjustable-angle bows or ogres. + + More »

Honeymoon at Disney Hollywood Studios

Yes, we come to the last Disney park complex (tears in eyes) ... Disney's Hollywood Studios, Hollywood Studios or just for the more intimate, old Disney-MGM Studios. Opened in 1989, was inspired by the Hollywood heyday of the years 30-40. This park has complete facilities for recording movies and Disney, but nowadays it is not so used for such purposes as before. It is the park I always dreamed of going because of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, a haunted attraction Hotel has a lift too crazy.

Of all the parks of the complex that is smaller and so we had the impression of being the most crowded. Definitely was the park we face more queues. As the attractions in this park are longer and there are plenty of shows, we also have more time to manage. Anyway Park is a beautiful and charming.

But let's calm down a little excitement and talk about each area of the park. There are six areas. But unlike other parks these areas are not as well defined. In fact when entering the park the feeling you get is that you got a movie set, with various scenarios for various films.

You arrive at the park by Hollywood Boulevard, which is what Main Street is in the Magic Kingdom , a street full of shops selling beautiful things. At the end of the street and the center of the park is its symbol, the Sorcerer Mickey hat, that of Fantasia. This hat is illuminated at night as much. One tip is that for collectors pins underneath the hat Pin trading is one station where you can buy and trade pins with other people, even with the cast members. Incidentally the cast members often have unique and rare Pins stay tuned. + + More »

Imagine you are in a paradise island with coral reef, tropical rivers and can interact with dolphins, exotic fish, stingrays, colorful birds in short, all nature around you, but with a quiosquinho with snacks and drink "the good" and easy totally free to eat up not wanting more ... as it is, this island is! It's called Discovery Cove and is a chain of parks Sea World in Orlando.

Coral Reef

Discovery Cove is a park totally different from others of Orlando, starting it is a park that has closed limit daily visitors are only 1,000 per day. The major attraction of this park is the swimming with the dolphins, and is due to this that the park limits the number of visitors.

Beach and Waterfalls (this water is hot)

The park has a climate VIP, you do not pay parking, pay the food, and will have the whole day to enjoy their pools clean waters, its sands branquinhas, the nature of their safest .

We arrived at the park around 10:30, when entering the reception you show your ticket and staff services schedule the time you do the swimming with the dolphins, they give you a badge with your photo and your name and from this time you already realize as this is a different park.

Pool of stingrays

As we arrived a little late the restaurants were already closing their doors for coffee, I was a little sad because I lost the opportunity to take that leitinho in box American, I've seen both Kevin Arnold take on the series The Wonder Years. Not to mention the cupcakes and muffins. But ok. + + More »
