Daily Diet: Slow and steady

Previously on My Diet Diary ...

The last time I weighed myself officially pro Diary Diet I was 57.1 kg, by accounts of tribulations of life in binge just exaggerating.

Then came the rush of Samsung , and ultimately ended up not weighing me last week, because I was super bloated exercise (yes, when I do a different exercise and heavy, I end up inchadinha) and was also the one to help week of the month chateeenha ...

I think it's paying off because I feel my legs a little thinner and smaller hips! Vitoria! Super hard for me to lose flab in these regions.

Weighing

Today I weighed myself and saw that I'm right back in the 56.7 kg. This for me is already a weight kinda cool. But to stay perfect need to lose more that 1.7 kg, 2 kg or more at least. Then I can be quiet and go control.

Anyway I am losing weight slowly. Choosing the best foods. Making healthy shopping in the supermarket (I want to see happy is to have a lot of healthy finger food in the refrigerator). And dividing the desserts with my husband when they appear ... yes, this is a good technique too. You will not pass and not fattening = D

And I shared the "tempura" sweet Saturday with him, it worked.

Ahhhh, next week I scored Fitness Assessment, found absurd pay 20 dollars in something that should be required of the gym (ACM huh!) But ok. I can tell you how to walk my fat percentages compared to more than a year ago! Medaaaa. Let's see what happens.

As a kid I always dreamed of having a house with a mini garden.
