I will turn 50 on the 28th of December and I am the perfect example that 50 is the new 30. Take good care of my health, food and of course this dedication is reflected in my body, skin, hair, I lead a very healthy life and have always been very dedicated to exercises and diet and so I am proud to reach this age with vitality, quality of life and full disposal.

Until recently, the fifties were considered old and currently it is very different, because thanks to advances in health, customs and material comfort, the new generation of 50 reaches this stage with vitality, like novelty and feeling the prime of life.

Modesty aside, keep the corpão 20 years. I'm just the result of dedication to healthy living. I am the result of a lot of discipline. I want to fight for youth and will always keep fighting.

I just had surgery on his left knee ligament reconstruction and I am recovering very well and I'm back to my daily activities and a busy schedule.

At fifty I feel full and performed as well as being at the peak, I believe. My children are adults and this is already fulfilled my duty and I feel free to be able to devote more time to my stuff, I'm studying English and rediscovering the pleasure to travel and see other places and being with health days can do it all with ease.

Therefore, I believe that physical exercise and make healthy choices for our lives are very important and have to be all made ​​lightly, nothing like obligation. Although we have rather an obligation to take care and take care of our health, after all we all want to grow old and healthy without all the diseases relevant to this age. We want to be able to run and play with our grandchildren, finally, we want to continue living well!

Nail of the Week: Green 217 + 404 Pool Hits
